Under the authority of subsection 4(2) of the Memorial University Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize Memorial University to maintain, alter, repair, renovate, improve, furnish, and equip the grounds and building associated with the Centre for Research and Innovation in Corner Brook and to spend the money required for those purposes to a maximum of $2,929,682 for the alterations to repurpose the Corner Brook Pulp and Paper Limited Human Resources building to establish the Centre for Research and Innovation.
