Under the authority of subsection 357(2) of the Corporations Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the disposition of real property situated at 422-424 Main Road, Goulds, Newfoundland and Labrador, formerly owned by Woodgrove Company Limited, a dissolved corporation, to 72073 Newfoundland and Labrador Limited in a form to be approved by the Department of Justice and Public Safety and on conditions that the Honourable the Attorney General may determine, substantially along the lines of the Deed of Conveyance on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
