Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit against its budgetary appropriations $12,582.72 in 2020-21, $17,109.72 in each of fiscal years 2021-22 through 2023-24, and $21,309.72 in 2024-25 to facilitate the award of a contract to Pitney Bowes of Canada Ltd. for the lease of two mail machines at St. John’s.
