Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit against its budgetary appropriations $168,880 annually for fiscal years 2020-21 to 2022-23 and $121,377.68 for fiscal year 2023-24 to renew a lease agreement with A & A Realty Company Limited for 7,855 square feet of space in Grand Falls-Windsor.
