Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit against its budgetary appropriations $56,670.24 annually for fiscal years 2020-21 to 2024-25 to enter into a lease agreement with 10048 NFLD Ltd. for 3,055 square feet of warehouse space in St. John’s.
