Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor is pleased to appoint Brendan Hanlon as Assistant Deputy Minister, Municipal Infrastructure and Support within the Department of Municipal Affairs and Environment, on an acting basis, effective March 19, 2020, with salary at Step 19 on the 1450 Point Scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
