Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, , the Lieutenant-Governor is pleased to appoint Lorelei Roberts-Loder as Assistant Deputy Minister, Fisheries and Aquaculture within the Department of Fisheries and Land Resources, on an acting basis, effective March 19, 2020, with salary at Step 13 on the 1450 Point Scale on the Executive Compensation Plan and with a salary differential to apply of 1% above the salary of Ms. Roberts-Loder’s highest paid subordinate until such time as, through normal step progressions, general salary increases, or otherwise, Ms. Roberts-Loder’s salary is greater than the salary of her highest paid subordinate, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply, and with a position description to be forwarded to the Human Resource Secretariat for classification within one year of the date of her appointment, the outcome of which is to place her, retroactive to the date of appointment, at the salary step that is closest to, without being less than, the salary at which she has been appointed herein.
