Energy Corporation Act, Independent Appointments Commission Act
Under the authority of section 6, subsection 7(3) and section 9 of the Energy Corporation Act and paragraph 9(2)(b) of the Independent Appointments Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to approve the extension of the employment contract of H. Stanley Marshall as Chief Executive Officer of Nalcor Energy to December 31, 2020.
