Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to move that Her Honour the Lieutenant-Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint Tom Osborne as Minister of Finance; President of Treasury Board; Minister Responsible for the Human Resource Secretariat; Minister Responsible for the Public Service Commission; Minister Responsible for the Newfoundland and Labrador Liquor Corporation; Minister Responsible for the Office of the Chief Information Officer; Acting Minister of Service Newfoundland and Labrador; Acting Minister Responsible for the Public Procurement Agency; and Acting Minister Responsible for Workplace NL, with effect from April 3, 2020.
