Under the authority of section 126 of Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act and further to OC2019-278, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to extend the time period for the 2019 Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Statutory Review Committee to report or make recommendations to the Lieutenant-Governor in Council to no later than December 31, 2020.
