Under the authority of subsection 16(2)(c) of the Provincial Court Act, 1991, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to confirm the appointment the Honourable Judge Kymil Howe to the Judicial Council of the Provincial Court of Newfoundland and Labrador, as the President of the Newfoundland and Labrador Association of Provincial Court Judges, effective from a current date for the duration of her term as President.
