Under the authority of section 55 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to sell 521 square metres of surplus land in Conception Bay South to the Town of Conception Bay South, on an as-is where-is basis, for nominal consideration of $1.00, subject to the terms and conditions as may be prescribed by the Minister of Transportation and Works.
