Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown and further to the appointment made by OC2019-075, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to amend the salary for that appointee, effective May 1, 2020, by providing a salary differential to apply of 1% above the highest paid subordinate until such time as, through normal step progressions, general salary increases, or otherwise, the appointee’s salary is greater than the salary of the highest paid subordinate.
