Under the authority of section 55 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to sell 1.64 acres (6,637 square metres) of surplus land at or near the Old Cape Shore Highway (Old Road), Point Verde to Wayne and Genevieve Browne, for consideration of $2,455, subject to the terms and conditions as may be prescribed by the Minister of Transportation and Works.
