Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to confirm the appointment of Robyn Hayes as Assistant Deputy Minister, Corporate and School Infrastructure, in the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development, at her current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply, and with a position description to be forwarded to the Human Resource Secretariat for classification by November 18, 2020, the outcome of which is to place her, retroactive to November 18, 2019, at the salary step that is closest to, without being less than, the salary at which she was appointed on that date.
