Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to confirm the appointment of Linda Clemens-Spurrell as Assistant Deputy Minister (Child and Youth Services) in the Department of Children, Seniors and Social Development, at her current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
