Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to confirm the appointment of Dan Michielsen as Deputy Minister in the Department of Municipal Affairs and Environment, at his current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply, and with a position description to be forwarded to the Human Resource Secretariat for classification by December 17, 2020, the outcome of which is to place him, retroactive to December 17, 2019, at the salary step that is closest to, without being less than, the salary at which he was appointed on that date.(Revoked by OC2020-211)
