Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to confirm the appointment of Andrea McKenna as Assistant Deputy Minister (Policy, Planning and Performance Monitoring) in the Department of Health and Community Services, at her current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply, and with a position description to be forwarded to the Human Resource Secretariat for classification by August 15, 2020, the outcome of which is to place her, retroactive to August 15, 2019, at the salary step that is closest to, without being less than, the salary at which she was appointed on that date.
