Under the authority of section subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of the Chief Information Officer to pre-commit up to $25,541 of its budgetary appropriations in each of fiscal years  2014-15, 2015-16, 2016-17, and 2017-18 for fees related to the licencing of the BizPal service.
