Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of subsection 4(4) of the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary Act, 1992, Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to name the following individuals as Commissioned Officers to the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary, effective immediately, on a permanent basis:

a) Superintendent Edmund Oates to the position of Deputy Chief, Patrol and Operations;
b) Deputy Chief Paul Woodruff to the position of Deputy Chief, Criminal Operations;
c) Inspector Tom Warren to the position of Superintendent, Patrol and Operations;
d) Sergeant Andrew Warren to the position of Inspector, Operational Support; and
e) Sergeant Colin McNeil to the position of Inspector, Special Services.
