Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit against its budgetary appropriations $48,000 in fiscal year 2021-22 and $8,000 in 2022-23 to enter into a lease agreement with the Rigolet Inuit Community Government for 830 square feet of office space in Rigolet.
