Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council: a) is pleased to appoint Colleen Simms as Special Advisor to the Department of Health and Community Services, effective June 15, 2020 until July 31, 2020, at her current salary, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply, and b) revokes OC2019-091, effective June 15, 2020.
