Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Colleen Stockley as the Assistant Deputy Minister (Population Health) in the Department of Health and Community Services, effective June 15, 2020, with salary at step 25 on the 1500 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply, and with a position description to be forwarded to the Human Resource Secretariat for classification within one year of the date of her appointment, the outcome of which is to place her, retroactive to June 15, 2020, at the salary step that is closest to, without being less than, the salary at which she has been appointed herein.
