Under the authority of section 55 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to sell 1,300 square metres of surplus land situate at or near the old Hard Path Road, Harbour Grace to Mark Reynolds, for consideration of $3,614, subject to the terms and conditions as may be prescribed by the Minister of Transportation and Works.
