Under the authority of section 55 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation of Works to sell 3,158 m² of surplus land at Kelligrews, Conception Bay South to Mervell Tilley, subject to the terms and conditions as may be prescribed by the Minister of Transportation and Works, substantially along the lines as on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
