Corporations Act
Under the authority of OC2011-130 and subsection 175(3) of the Corporations Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Sandy Hickman as the City of St. John's representative to the Board of Directors of the Newfoundland and Labrador Sports Centre Inc., effective immediately, for a three-year term. OC2017-385 is hereby revoked.
