Under the authority of section 55 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to sell 963 square metres of surplus land at or near the Seamen’s Museum, Grand Bank to Wiseman’s Funeral Homes Ltd., for consideration of $10,930 (excluding HST), subject to the terms and conditions as may be prescribed by the Minister of Transportation and Works.
