In accordance with section 4 of the Independent Appointments Commission Act and under the authority of subsection 10(1) of the Rooms Act and following consultation with the Board of Directors, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Anne Chafe as the Chief Executive Officer of The Rooms Corporation of Newfoundland and Labrador, effective immediately, to serve during pleasure at her existing salary and classification and subject to the terms and conditions of employment on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
