Energy Corporation Act and Independent Appointments Commission Act
Under the authority of subsection 6(2) of the Energy Corporation Act and in accordance with section 4 of the Independent Appointments Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Derek Purchase to the Board of Directors of Nalcor Energy, effective from a current date.
