Under the authority of sections 5 and 17 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to restructure the Department of Municipal and Intergovernmental Affairs, effective September 30, 2014, consisting of some of those functions formerly within the Department of Municipal and Intergovernmental Affairs, and some of those functions formerly within the Department of Environment and Conservation, with five branches as follows:
a) Engineering Infrastructure;
b) Municipal Support;
c) Corporate Services and Policy;
d) Intergovernmental Affairs; and
e) Lands.
