Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. David Lewis as the Acting Deputy Minister of the Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture, effective May 1, 2013, with salary at an appropriate step on the 2328 Point Scale in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures and with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
