Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of subsection 10(2) of the Oil and Gas Corporation Act and in accordance with section 4 of the Independent Appointments Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following members to serve on the Board of Directors of the Oil and Gas Corporation of Newfoundland and Labrador, effective July 2, 2020, for terms indicated as follows:

a) Bernard Collins, Independent Director, for a three-year term;

b) Leslie Grattan, Independent Director, for a three-year term;

c) Charles Randell, Independent Director, for a three-year term;

d) Wayne Chipman, Independent Director, for a four-year term;

e) Richard Daw, for a four-year term;

f) Pierre Tobin, for a four-year term;

g) Heather Jacobs, Independent Director, for a five-year term;

h) Shelly Leighton, Independent Director, for a five-year term; andi

i) Jennifer Warren, Independent Director, for a five-year term.
