Under the authority of section 4 the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to move that His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint Mr. Steve Kent, to the Executive Council of the Province as Deputy Premier, Minister of Health and Community Services, and Minister Responsible for the Office of Public Engagement, with effect from September 30, 2014.
