Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Michelle Watkins, as Deputy Minister of the Labrador Affairs Secretariat, effective July 9, 2020, with salary at step 3 of the 1988 Point Scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
