Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to confirm the appointment of Brendan Hanlon as Assistant Deputy Minister, Municipal Infrastructure and Support within the Department of Municipal Affairs and Environment, effective July 9, 2020, at his current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.(revoked by OC2021-111)
