Under the authority of section 4 the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to move that His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint the Honourable Clyde Jackman, to the Executive Council of the Province as Minister of Seniors, Wellness and Social Development, and Minister Responsible for the Newfoundland and Labrador Housing Corporation and Minister Responsible for Status of Persons with Disabilities, with effect from September 30, 2014.
