Under the authority of paragraph 4(b) of the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to nominate the Assistant Deputy Minister of Government Services in the Department of Service Newfoundland and Labrador, by virtue of the position, as the Provincial representative to the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety.
