Under the authority of paragraph 16(2)(a) of the Provincial Court Act, 1991, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Irene Muzychka Q.C. to the Judicial Council of the Provincial Court of Newfoundland and Labrador, effective from a current date for a term of three years.
