Under the authority of paragraph 16(2)(b) of the Provincial Court Act, 1991 and paragraph 9(2)(a) of the Independent Appointments Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to re-appoint Ms. Margaret Warren and Mr. Bradford L. Wicks, Q.C. to the Judicial Council of the Provincial Court of Newfoundland and Labrador, effective from a current date for a term of three years.
