Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to move that Her Honour the Lieutenant Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint Steve Crocker as Minister of Justice and Public Safety; President of Treasury Board; and, Government House Leader, with effect from August 19, 2020.
