Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to move that Her Honour the Lieutenant Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint Gerry Byrne as Minister of Immigration, Skills and Labour; and Minister Responsible for Workplace NL, with effect from August 19, 2020.
