Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to move that Her Honour the Lieutenant Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint Sarah L. Stoodley as Minister of Digital Government and Service Newfoundland and Labrador; Minister Responsible for the Office of the Chief Information Officer; and, Minister Responsible for Francophone Affairs.
