Expropriation Act
Under authority of section 55 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to approve the sale of 644 square metres of surplus land at Long Beach, Trinity Bay to Wanda and Morley Garrett for $1,597, subject to the terms and conditions as prescribed by the Minister of Transportation and Works.
