Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Dana Spurrell as Assistant Deputy Minister, Immigration, Workforce Development, and Labour, in the Department of Immigration, Skills and Labour, effective September 9, 2020, at her current salary with general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
