Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act, paragraph 9(2)(b) of the Independent Appointment Commissions Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Robert Simmons, as a Commissioner of the Public Service Commission, on an acting basis, effective September 9, 2020, with salary on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
