Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Megan Nesbitt, as Assistant Deputy Minister, Corrections and Community Services, of the Department of Justice and Public Safety, effective September 9, 2020, on an acting basis, at her current salary and Point Scale under the Executive Compensation Plan, including 1% salary differential as previously approved, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
