Pharmacy Act, 2012 and Public Service Commission Act
Under the authority of section 6 of the Pharmacy Act, 2012 and section 22 of the Public Service Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Health and Community Services to appoint Christopher Smith and reappoint Geraldine Thompson to the Newfoundland and Labrador Pharmacy Board, as public interest members, effective immediately, for three-year terms.
