Under the authority of subsection 4(1) of the Memorial University Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize:

1) Memorial University to transfer land at its St. John’s campus, as depicted in  documentation on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council (Map 1, Parcels 1 and 2), to the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure on which to construct a parking garage for the new Adult Mental Health and Addictions Hospital; and,

2) Memorial University to transfer land at its St. John’s campus, as depicted in documentation on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council (Map 2, Parcels 3 and 4), to the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure on which to construct berms to protect from potential flood damage.
