Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Health and Community Services to pre-commit funds in the amount of $2,782,577 against 2021-22 budgetary appropriations to facilitate the award of a contract to Moss Development Corporation for the construction of the six-bed mental health unit extension at the Labrador Health Centre in Happy Valley-Goose Bay.
