Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Jamie Chippett as the Deputy Minister of the Department of Environment and Conservation, effective May 1, 2013, at his current salary and Point Scale and with general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
